Cultural Proficiency Objectives: Define Cultural Proficiency and its impact on student achievement Assess individual culture and its effects on school culture Examine strategies to manage difference, biases, and stereotypes Develop a plan of action to improve cultural proficiency in the work/school environment Goals

Cultural Proficiency Participants introductions: Name Organization/School Role One thing about yourself no one knows or would know simply by looking at you
