Don’t talk/text on cell phone whilst driving Beware of pedestrian and animals. Always Obey Road Traffic rules Procedure is signed by the General Managers regarding CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO POOR VENTILATION: Fan recirculation Inadequate planning and scheduling Use of single fan to ventilate multiple end heading. Poor knowledge of ventilation standard. WELLNESS FOCUS AREAS: Fatigue management- Compulsory alcohol/drug testing. Encourage employees who never tested to participate in the Voluntary counselling.(HCT) Employee Hearing Conservation Program.
