M&S 3 Year Projects and Cat 3 Baseline Validation Meyers & Stauffer has started to review information reported for 3 year projects that did not have any information reported in April of 2014. Be aware that Meyers & Stauffer may contact providers with additional questions regarding any of the 3-year project that reported in October. Additional questions for 3 year projects will be coming in the near future. Category 3 Baseline Validation is underway with Myers & Stauffer
Myers & Stauffer Mid Point Assessment Final Results 1115 Texas Waiver Results 6 Compliance Elements Compliance with the Approved RHP Plan 57 Projects did not conduct activities as described in the narratives 2. Compliance with Core Components including CQI 9 Projects did not perform core component activities 3. Ensuring activities funded through DSRIP do not overlap with Federal Funded Initiatives No instances of ‘double dipping’ found 4. Clarity of 4th and 5th year improvement milestones 255 Projects had milestones that did not relate to project activities or unclear measurements 5. The benefit of DSRIP projects to the patients served including Medicaid and Uninsured 39 Projects had not yet started serving patients 6. Myers & Stauffer Mid Point Assessment Final Results RHP 15 Results (59 projects, $380,598,629) Ranking assigned 1-5, with 1 as the top rank Most of our projects fell into rank 2-3 category 4 projects fell into the high risk category: 065086301.1.2, 084597603.1.4, 094109802.1.1, 127376505.2.2 No projects were recommended for withdrawal.
