Association Evaluator Do the people in your life inspire or expire you?

Who Would You Rather Spend Time With? List those people you spend time with on a regular basis – your family members, your co-workers, your neighbors, friends, football buddies, people in your civic organizations, fellow church members, and others. When you’ve written your list, review the names, putting a minus sign (-) next to those people who are toxic, and a plus sign (+) next to those who are nurturing. Limit(L) or Disassociation (D) Maybe you need to limit contact or disassociate from someone in the chart above, or anyone else who is involved in your life to any degree, who has a negative influence on you – mentally, emotionally, physically, or otherwise. These are people who have a negative effect on what you talk about, what you eat, drink, do, watch, listen to, etc. Who do you need to limit your assiciations with, or disassociate from, and why: Expanded (E) or New (N) Now look at it from a positive side. Who is involved in your life who has a positive influence? What New or Expanded associations could you create? What were your greatest insights and of awareness from doing this Exercise?
