CIGRE WG C4.32 – Understanding of the Geomagnetic Storm Environment for High Voltage Power Grids Highlights of Recent Activity: 5th WG meeting was held in Tromso, Norway from 29-30 September 2015 6th WG meeting was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 31 March – 1 April 2016 A workshop was organized by Alexandre Pinhel on 5 April 2016 with the Brazilian power industry, space industry and government. WG members participated as speakers Future Activity: Last WG meeting is planned for Paris on the weekend before the main meeting
