VOCABULARY SCIENCE VOCABULARY ENERGY, EVAPORATION, MELTING, BOILING, CONDENSATION, AND FREEZNG.

ENERGY ENERGY is the ability to cause change. EXAMPLE : This girl needs energy to ride her bike.

EVAPORATION EVAPORATION is the change of state from a liquid to a gas. EXAMPLE :Water turning into water vapor is evaporation.

MELTING MELTING is the change of state from solid to a liquid . EXAMPLE: When ice cream melts into your hands.

BOILING BOILING is the rapid change of state from a liquid to a gas. EXAMPLE: A kettle of tea boiling on the stove.

CONDENSATION CONDENSATION is the change of state from a gas to a liquid, when hot and cold air come together condensation begins. EXAMPLE :After you take a shower, you see water forming on the mirror, that is condensation.

FREEZING FREEZING is the change of state from a liquid to a solid. EXAMPLE : When water freezes into ice. .

HOPE YOU DO WELL ON THE TEST! (ASHLEY AND JESS)
