Lifelong learning... Professional training should be appropriate in continuous and systematic process (T. Guskey, 2004). Three aspects of education reform: go deeper, take more, take wider (By D. Fink, 2005).

Seven ways of understanding and memorizing Change the information in their own words 1. Create a mind map 2. Discuss with someone learning materials 3. Consider learning materials 4. Use kinesthetic learning 5. Compare with the already known things 6. Use the inquiry and rhythm 7.

Teaching / learning strategies Verbal - lectures, discussions, word games, narrations, essays, reading voice. Logical-mathematical - scientific experiments, problem solving, mental calculation, numbers games, crossword puzzle solution.

Teaching / learning strategies Spatial - Showing a video, pictures, graphs, maps, Lego, art activities, imaginative use of metaphors. PHYSICAL - kinesthetic - theater, dance, sports, relaxation exercises, tools utilization.

BRAIN ACTIVITY FUNCTIONS Left hemisphere: language, reading, writing, logical thinking, compliance with the rules, text and sentence analysis, the ability to distinguish details, figures, data, facts, sequential linear understanding of time perception, the ability to memorize separated from the context of information units (foreign language words dates, formulas, terms, etc.). Right Hemisphere: imagination, body language, intuition / feelings, creativity, the ability to link facts straight, art, music, dance, voice, sound, intonation, speech rhythm, mime, movement, the whole understanding, sense of space.
