Lab Sum-Up To be completed in your composition book. Each sum-up has the following components: Lab Title: Lab Purpose: Questions (write questions, then answer in paragraph format 1 paragraph total )

Lab Title: Testing for Biological Molecules Lab Purpose: Questions: Lipids hold more energy than carbohydrates. Based upon our lab, which holds more energy bread or cheese? Why? What might be another good test to determine if a molecule is a lipid? Discuss the importance of reading our lab sheet before we begin a lab.

Lab Title: Liver Catalase Lab Lab Purpose: Questions: Identify the enzyme and substrate in this lab Discuss 2 environmental changes and how these affected the enzyme activity. You should have discovered catalase was reusable. Explain why this is beneficial to living organisms.
