Led by the Anti-bullying ambassadors Anti-bullying week 2015 Led by the Anti-bullying ambassadors Connor P Together we can make a difference
Anti-bullying team Our anti-bullying team is made up of Connor Kayla Jenna Gabby Zeva Jack Karys Miss Taylor And Rev Wing. Gabby
What we do We have an anti-bully meeting every Monday with Miss Taylor to talk about how to decrease the amount of bullying incidents in school. We talk to people about anti-bullying and explain to them how we can help. We give up some of our playtimes to play with people who often look lonely or upset. However we will respect people if they want to be left alone. We help to organise events in anti-bullying week and throughout the year. Zeva
Our goal We aim to make sure that bullying stops happening inside and outside our school. We believe that nobody should feel alone or that they don’t matter! Jack
What are bullies? Bullies are people who repeatedly hurt others with words or actions. Those who bully may also use the internet to repeatedly hurt others by spreading lies or saying mean things. This is something called ‘Cyber bullying’. It is actually against the law to cause upset or hurt to somebody online. This can get you into serious trouble with the police! Karys
Several Times On Purpose When is it bullying? Several Times On Purpose Everyone
What should you do if you are being bullied? You should look the person in the eye and ask them to clearly STOP! Tell someone you trust that you are being bullied. This could be Miss Taylor, an anti-bullying ambassador, a member of staff or your parent/carer. You could also post a message about the bullying incident in the worry box, in your classroom. Remember don’t think its your fault for what is happening to you! Kayla
Thank you Thank you for listening. We hope you have found this assembly interesting and useful. Remember it’s anti-bullying week so lets make a noise about bullying until it stops! Jenna
