Translating iHRIS Version 4.0.6 the follwong translations are automatically available to the system French (fr_FR) Swahili (sw_TZ) Portuguese (pt_PT) Italian (it_IT) Locales are two letter language code and two letter location (country) code

Enabling the Locale Selector Module From Configure System, go to Configure Modules Scroll Down to Pages and click the Sub-Modules link

Enabling the Local Selector Module Check the checkbox next to Locale Selector Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Enable button

Adding A Locale Return to Configure System and click on Manage Locales Click on Add and the locale you want (fr_FR)

iHRIS Translation Mechanics HTML template and XML configuration files can be translated Magicdata in configuration files XML marked as translatable by locale='en_US' HTML template files marked as translatale by putting them in a en_US subdirectory Translations read from .po files which are downloaded automatically from Launchpad
