Dr. Robert Grier, Fayetteville State University The Effect of Folic Acid on the Growth of the Cervical Cancer Cell Line, SiHa, Dr. Robert Grier, Fayetteville State University Ms. Alicia Call, CCHS The cervical cancer cell line, SiHa was treated with different concentrations of folic acid. The graph to the right shows the growth of SiHa cells treated with 0.001M folic acid was inhibited. The control was SiHa cells grown in 1% calf serum. This experiment was done in triplicate.
