For your assigned company: Given what you have discovered about your assigned company’s dominant multinational strategy and/or preferred entry-mode strategies, design an organizational structure for the company and explain how it fits these strategies. If you can find an existing design for the company, explain why it fits or does not fit the strategies above, and how you can improve it. Print out or draw this design and it will be shown in class while you explain it.
