Summary This book is exactly what it is called twisted. It is about a Teenager who has gotten him self into some trouble. He decided he was going to spray paint the school, the bad thing was that he got caught. Not when he was doing the vandalism but by his own stupidity when he left the spray cans at the school. This got him a long summer of hard work to pay off the damages. This boys name was Tyler Miller. He had one sibling her name was Hannah. His mother and fathers names are not mentioned a lot in the book. He has one best friend was yoda, for the fact he liked star wars so much. He had a worse enemy also who's name was Chip Malbury. He is your typical bully beating up on smaller kids. He just hated Tyler because he was always smaller then every one else. But this year Tyler's final year in high school – his senior year- the year he always wanted to come. He had worked all summer so now Tyler was much larger then he was before and stronger. Like all other kids in high school Tyler had a crush.

Summary His crush’s name was Bethany. The only problem was that she was Bethany Milbury his worse enemies sister, and both of those kids just so happened to be his fathers bosses kids. There is just love all over this book. Yoda Tyler’s friend just happens to be in love with Hannah Tyler’s sister. Tyler thinks his life is crap until he starts to know Bethany and he talks to her. She starts to like him also. Chip notices this and doesn’t like it. He threatens Tyler but Tyler doesn’t care he just goes on with his “perfect” life. While all this is happening a lot of trouble coming up which almost sparks confrontations between Tyler and Chip. Tyler wants to fight Chip but Tyler knows Chip is afraid of him. Tyler's dad does not want him to fight Chip because that will get him in trouble with his boss. Tyler’s dad is a very selfish man. Tyler still like Bethany though and wants to take things farther (out of the friend zone). On Halloween Bethany invites him to a bonfire and then to a party. At the bonfire they actually kiss. This is offset by what happens at the party. (read the book and find out!) A lot of drama occurs after the party and things just go crazy. There are life lessons learned and lives almost taken away. Tyler learns important things on how to run his life.

Review I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars, two thumbs up, all the credit. All I'm trying to say is that it was a very good book. It had drama, love, hate, fighting, sadness, and every thing that actually happens in a teens life. This is not a book a person writes trying to tell people how a teen thinks and acts. This book says it perfectly. The words in this book are strong for a reason they have to be. That is the way life is now harsh language is used, people don’t like to hear it but its there. Tyler shows the true teen boy in America wanting love, strength, and to just be left alone by people. Bad things happen and that what happens in life. It may exaggerate a little bit at points but that’s to get a point across. BAD THINGS HAPPEN! That’s just what happens in life. Kids now a day cry about there problems. They have it much easier then what kids had it before. They have phones, ipods, and game systems. Kids before had dirt. Fact is this book brings problems in to Tyler's life he may have trouble with them but he tries.
