What is DC Leader Weekly Network Call LSW? What is X? What is DC Leader Weekly Network Call LSW? The weekly DC Leader Call with the Regional Supply Chain Director helps to connect the network on individual results, individual improvement, best practices, as well as company goals and initiatives. This module & LSW outlines the preparation required for each call, the flow of each call, and the actions needed after each call. Share the purpose of the Weekly Network Call LSW

1 Weekly Network Call LSW – Pre-Call What is X? PRE-CALL PREPARATION Validate critical metrics from prior week including critical success factors/wins (if metrics were above plan) or corrective actions (if metrics were below plan) Review this week’s plan, make any notes that need to be discussed with team Determine a “back up” to sit in on the call when the DEM is out of office. The “back up” should be the person primarily responsible for warehouse/driver activity in the absence of the DEM. Then unveil things that the DEMs need to prepare for in advance of this call. Take questions as needed.

2 Weekly Network Call LSW – During the Call What is X? CALL PARTICIPATION Take notes on company updates and region updates from the RSCD Provide 3 minute report out on your DC which includes: Highlight success from prior week For metrics below goal – discuss opportunities, interrupters, and actions from prior week Highlight key customer issues Share planning for the remainder of week – what’s ahead? Listen to other DC report outs and provide suggestions or feedback as appropriate Take notes on any key practices presented by the RSCD or other DEMs Then unveil things that the DC leaders need to do during the call. Take questions as needed.

3 Weekly Network Call LSW – Post-Call What is X? POST CALL FOLLOW-UP Provide company and region updates out to the rest of the local team using the Daily Huddle. See Daily Huddle LSW for outline and instructions. Be available for one-on-one call with RSCD based on need. RSCD will agree on scheduled time. Then unveil things that the DC leaders need to follow-up on after this call. Take questions as needed.

DC Leader Weekly DC Leader Call LSW The weekly DEM Call LSW provides guidance on both content and cadence to ensure regular communication and coverage of critical topics with your leadership team. What’s the value of doing this meeting? What happens without one? Is there anything missing that should be included? Share that there is an expectation (if they aren’t already doing this) to ensure that a weekly DC Leadership meeting takes place. Briefly step through the elements of the meeting. Ask the questions on the slide. Take comments.
