“Wheel of Transformation” Convergence Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, one of the best business schools in Asia taken in it’s entirety, unleashes yet another edition of the prestigious annual flagship event, Convergence. Convergence is a commendable platform whereby established speakers from various walks of life come together to inspire and imbue budding leaders to bring about a paradigm shift in their lives. These visionaries bring about a great transformation in the impressionable minds of the youth. Be it education, IT, society, finance all undergo changes, continuously and what drives this is the vision and inspiration of change-leaders.

Day 1 Inaugural Ceremony Session 1 : Transmogrifying Education In this summit we wish to talk about how various sectors are undergoing transformation and what’s driving it. The summit provides attendees a chance to network and a glimpse of world’s transformation. Session 1 : Transmogrifying Education In this session we wish to talk about how technology, economic factors, etc. are impacting education and the opportunities it opens up. We also wish to throw light on the improvements the current education system requires. Session 2: Oddity Odd Ball " All good works have to go through 3 stages: First comes ridicule, then the stage of opposition and finally comes acceptance.” – Swami Vivekananda This session aims to inspire the youth to bring about a transformation in their lives and create impact. Session 3: Evolving Digital Age: The Emerging Fields Digital revolution has always been around to facilitate and enhance human capabilities. The emergence of artificial intelligence, internet of things, quantum computing, machine learning, cyber security has greatly impacted the world. We wish to talk about these aspects in this session.

Day 2 Session 1: Shifting Economic Cusp “The curious task of economics is to demonstrate to men how little they really know about what they imagine they can design.” This session talks about the major economic trends taking place globally and their impact on India and how the various economic factors make India a potential advance nation. Session 2: Shifting Social Dynamics This session talks about issues shaping the Indian society and culture and various recent social trends. Past 20 years have seen a tremendous shift in the country dynamics in all walks of life ranging from politics to policies and courts to constitution. Session 3: Entrepreneurial Ingenuity The session seeks to unveil and leverage the new well spring of ingenuity to create new organisations and value within these structural constraints using limited resources and imaginative problem solving skills. In this session we aim to bring forward the struggles of these path breaking torch-bearers.
