Powerful Presentations Preparation know your listeners identify your purpose organise your presentation Performance speak clearly control nervousness choose language control non-verbal behaviour handle questions add final touches

Voice: Inflection is emphasis placed on a word to create meaning variation prevents monotonous presentations makes your speech more interesting attention to mixed messages (up implies question; down implies conviction & strength)
