What characteristics a business man must have? Self-control Sense of urgency Self-confidence Realism They don’t seek perfection

Self-control Believe in yourself Forgive yourself Meditate Stay Positive Focus On Solutions What skills you must have to accomplish your purpose? First of all, you need to have self – control. More specifically, you must think and believe that you can do any job better than anyone else and then you will feel more capable to take additional responsibilities. A person who has self-control has to forgive themselves for any mistake he may do. Through meditate, criticize actions and reward the right ones but do not let the wrong take them down. Positive thinking is a very strong weapon against the review of other people as many of them jealous so they will try to change your mind. That’s why when a business individual has to stay focus on solutions.

Sense of urgency Develop new ideas Move fast Customers have a zero tolerance for waiting Sense of urgency is also an important characteristic of an entrepreneur because a successful person has a never ending sense of urgency to develop their ideas. They feel uneasy if they don’t work. In today’s business startup environment, if you don’t move fast, you get run over. Without a sense of urgency, people and businesses just can’t move fast enough. Speed is the driver because customers have a zero tolerance for waiting, and there are always competitors gaining on you.

Self-confidence Be free from worry or fear Be full of hope Believe in yourself and your abilities Another important skill is self-confidence which will help you to tackle problems quickly with stubbornness. A self – confident person should be free from anxiety. Stress can only make the things worst because decisions making on fear of failing. Also, hope can be your best friend. It keeps you motivate. But, nothing can happen if you don’t believe in yourself. Because, you are the best and you have to prove it.

Realism Accept thing as they are Identify problems quickly Find solutions Be productive How about realism? Entrepreneurs have to accept things as they are without fear. They shouldn’t change their direction if is not necessary and if will not improve their prospects for achieving their goals. Obviously, entrepreneurs should identify problems and begin working to find a solution faster than other people. Problems must not fear them because as an entrepreneur, you must face difficulties and take risks which will lead to success.

They Don’t Seek Perfection FAILURE Intelligent people won’t set perfection as their target because they know it doesn’t exist. Human beings, by our very nature, are fallible. When perfection is your goal, you’re always left with a sense of failure that makes you want to give up or reduce your effort. You end up spending your time thinking what you failed to accomplish instead of moving forward excited about what you've achieved and what you will accomplish in the future MOVE FORWARD DON’T GIVE UP
