Comparing and contrasting floods in MDCs and LDCs With a partner make a list of things that should be included in this comparison

Group presentations Location, date, level of development What caused the floods: - natural causes - human causes? What effects did the floods have: - on people (social) - on businesses and transport (economic) - on nature (environmental)? What places were affected? How was the flood managed? – prediction/responses

What makes a good presentation? Images (maps, photos, graphs etc.) and little text Prompt cards or rehearsed verbal presentations to accompany the visual presentation Present to your audience not the wall! Please add a basic bibliography to your presentation of the weblinks you used. You do not need to use the Harvard referencing method.
