Two Clubs…Two different approaches HLTC - small retainer, hourly rate for group lessons, profit share if programme makes more money - INCENTIVE Hamilton – on the committee and also work closely with them UBTC - pay rental for use of facilities and small area for pro shop Uddingston – work more independently There are other ways but not my place to say what would work for you? Partnership Working Active Schools - Primary 4 Schools Competition First involvement…6 schools This year…52 schools took part Teachers from all schools trained 6 week course delivered to primary 4 pupils in all schools 4 kids (2 boys, 2 girls) go forward to play in the competition at the local club Both Hamilton and Uddingston hosted events Club SL Strong Club Links – lunch clubs mentioned before, sustainable because kids pay for this Subway - Sponsorship for Junior Social Tennis Local Subway stores are located close to Hamilton and Uddingston – funding for Junior Social Tennis Sessions in 2018 LEAD IN TO NEXT SLIDE…Some of you may be asking why all this is important why not just have your programme?
