Protect Nature Place Sheela Kwan 5B (07)

A foreword I will teach you how to protect or help the earth later. There are several reasons for why the nature places are fewer and fewer . There are many place are give people pollute such as sea and forest. People need more land to develop their cities , so they filled up the sea to get more land. People use the tree in the forest to make book and some wood furniture , use that place to build house…… It will pollute the world , so we should act now. I will teach you how to protect or help the earth later.

Content (1) People pollute the sea . They throw rubbish like plastic bags or boxes into the sea. Poisonous materials , chemical waste and viruses have killed a lot of sea animals. Also , some swage , which has not yet been treated sometimes flows into the sea. Oil also sometimes flows into the sea and causes damage to the sea animals.

Content (2) People pollute the forest too. They use the tree in the forest to make book and some wood furniture , use that place to build house .

What should we do ?

Content (3) We should not throw any rubbish into the sea , such as plastic bags or boxes , drink shark fins soup ,over-fishing and do not waste the electricity. We can use ‘4R’ to help us . What is ‘4R’ ?

Content (4) Reduce-reduce the use of disposable items. Reuse-not casually discarded items , the best use. Replace-the use of environmentally friendly items together. Recycle-The items can be recycled reuse.

impressions When teacher told us to do a PowerPoint about nature place , I was very excited because our English lesson is talking about it and I think it is a easy homework , but it is wrong . I need to search into internet to find some photo and information. It is hard to find it because I must translate the Chinese to English.

Summary We should act now to protect the earth. I have been show some way to protect the earth , I hope you will do the way I have been told you.
