Start the Diagnostics Application The Diagnostics application should start automatically after booting the Service ROM for the first time. If not please click through installation. Skip the registration.

Start the Diagnostics Application Go to the applications tab and start the ACTP application.

Select tests Select the tests you want to execute on the tablet. You can also start all tests by selecting Auto Run.

Test item – 1.Multitouch (Touch Panel) Use your finger to touch the yellow area as above screen and draw it along the square. The result is pass if you fill all yellow area then it jumps back to main menu.

Test item – 2.Touch Linearity (Touch Panel) User your finger touch the yellow area as above screen and draw it along the “X”. The result is pass if you fill all yellow area then it jumps back to main menu.

Test item – 3.RGB (Display) Finish Tap screen, the colour on the display changes. Use this test item to see any abnormal lines or dead pixels on LCD screen.

Test item – 4.HWKeys (Keys) Press volume up, volume down and lock keys to verify that all keys work. Color changes to green means key function works.

Test item – 5.Rear Camera To take a picture click on the blue button, afterwards click on “done”. When the taken picture is ok, you can “pass” it in the next step.

Test item – 6.Speaker When the test starts you´ll hear a noise. Starting on left speaker and changing to right speaker.

Test item – 7.Front MIC Tap screen to start the test. The microphone will be opened. You´ll see “recording...” sounds will now be recorded. A few seconds later the replay of the recorded sound will start. Afterwards select “Pass” if the recording was ok.

Test item – 8.Back MIC Tap screen to start the test. The microphone will be opened. You´ll see “recording...” sounds will now be recorded. A few seconds later the replay of the recorded sound will start. Afterwards select “Pass” if the recording was ok.

Test item – 9.Front Camera Take device front side face to an object. Tap “Capture” icon to test picture taking. If the taken picture is ok, click on “Pass”.

Test item – 10.SD Card Insert a micro SD card into the device. Start the test by touching the screen. After successful testing you´ll see the tests in green. Afterwards please plug out the SD card.

Test item – 11.Vibrator The vibrator test will cause the unit to either vibrate one, two or three times. After vibrating you have to select the number of vibration intervals.

Test results At the end you´ll get an overview about the test results.
