Work Order Information Hyperlinks now available in Work Requested New Design! On-screen menu button. Color themes.

Work Order Add site names to screen titles. Dispatched Tab sort options via menu button. Option to show site address on Dispatched/Open/Completed WO lists. Options for enforcing data entry requirements for each schedule date of a work order.

Labor Prevent access to labor and breaks sections if technician is not linked to employee record. Labor will now submit any un-submitted labor on every status change.

Inventory/Other Clicking on miscellaneous description field will highlight text to make it easier to replace. Material last and average cost support for COD markup. If material last or average cost is $0, use standard cost instead.

Flat Rate Options for enforcing data entry requirements for flat rates.

Equipment Allow ‘period’ character for equipment name, manufacturer, model, serial number. Remove unique equipment name restriction. Option to force capitalization when entering new equipment (ID, Name, Manufacturer, Model, Serial #, Unit of Measure).

Equipment Option to add message when adding equipment if there are any other open work orders associated with selected equipment. Add barcode to the equipment filter when adding equipment to work order. Replace Equipment

Document Management Receipts/Invoices will now be uploaded to SAMPro on a subsequent sync. No longer need to wait for work order to complete.

Quotes Added new quote option status only for COD work orders – “Approved”. If you marked any quote option(s) as Approved, the approval process is the same as the Acceptance, however TechAnywhere will additionally perform the following actions: Move scope of service into the work performed. Move all flat rates, labor, material, and miscellaneous entries onto the work order with 0 billable hours/quantities. A new ‘Quoted’ miscellaneous line is created based on the quote total (specified by config setting)

COD / Payments COD discounts will now make separate taxable VS nontaxable portions to break the discount down for SAMPro posting. Credit card processing now handled by OpenEdge Mobile App. Prompt request to capture signature at time of manually processing credit card in OpenEdge Mobile App.

Receipts / Invoices Add a View button after generating to allow users to view receipt/invoice immediately. Option to customize Receipt/Invoice Site & Billing Information heading.

Purchase Orders Option to add a ‘Add PO’ button from material and miscellaneous entry screens as a shortcut to create a new purchase order Add Equipment ID to material and miscellaneous lines when creating a new purchase order Add Extended Cost to material and miscellaneous lines when creating a new purchase order Selecting unit cost while creating a purchase order will select the value to make it easier to change the value

Miscellaneous Visual theme enhancements. Reschedule work order. Option to select status to give tech ability to reschedule work order for a new date/time. Support for configs by Branch/Company. The group in question is derived from the user 5 field in the technician record. Improve database upgrade process to reduce occurrence of failed upgrades.
