A NEW APPROACH TO PARTNERSHIP Who we are, our relationship, our commitment to inclusion, and our strategy.

WHO WE ARE Brad Will Vice President Jonathan Graham President

WHO WE ARE Founded In 1937 16 Offices In 7 States Originally Founded As A Masonry Contractor 3rd Largest K-12 Builder Founded In 1999 5 Offices In 4 States Originally Founded As A Plastering & Drywall Contractor Resume Includes Over 300 K-12 Projects

Our Strategic Alliance In 2016, CORE Construction and Horus Construction Services formed a strategic alliance, with the goal being to bring world class construction management services to public K-12 districts in the southeastern United States—most notably, Florida, Louisiana and North Carolina.

OUR SHARED VALUES We were brought together by our shared values; a commitment to integrity, fairness, trust, continuous improvement, and delivering successful results. These values inform how we approach our partnership as well as how we approach each project and client we serve. Our firms and individual team members complement each other and make each other better by upholding these shared values.

Mentor-Protégé Program Mentoring is building a relationship, trust, and more importantly, a commitment. This type of dedication and support makes a strong foundation for a sustainable business. CORE Construction values the opportunity serve as a mentor to Horus Construction. The CORE/Horus relationship is an ideal match because of parallel company culture and values. It is the mission of our program to maximize business performance and professional potential, develop and hone in on skill-sets. Continually working together to improve performance and bridge social and economic gaps which allow CORE the opportunity to relate to the smaller business model and provide Horus Construction the opportunity to expand its footprint to larger projects. It is a win-win for the companies, clients, and community!
