WP11 leader: University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT, in Czech: VSCHT)  UCT is the largest institution of high learning focused on teaching of technical chemistry in Central Europe  Founded in 1952, but it roots back to 1807 when course in chemistry was delivered at the Prague Polytechnics.

Objectives: The knowledge transfer of project results to all interested stakeholders through the website, e-Newsletter, publications and presentations at scientific and other events. Effective technology transfer and training to all interested end-users through various training tools and events (academia, scientists, official authorities, policy makers, consumers and other potential end-users).

Who are the target stakeholders & sectors for dissemination and knowledge transfer? RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS: Academia, scientists, official authorities, risk assessors and policy makers (e.g. EFSA, DG Sanco, national Food Safety Authorities), industry and potential end-users of developed analytical technologies (e.g. control laboratories, food analysis contract laboratories, food industry, SMEs), consumer organisations including China consumers, stakeholder organisations, trade organisations / associations, ILSI network, EU projects etc… PROJECT CONSORTIUM

COMING TRAINING PROGRAM: Various short-term and long-term training and education activities at different levels are planned in order to establish a European basis for permanent education in the field of food integrity. Young scientist mobility both within the project consortium and external members of the training network (you), with the aim both to help inyoung researchers´ capacity building and assist in the transfer of knowledge within the project consortium e-learning interactive tool(s)/webinar(s) to support worldwide knowledge dissemination to the community not involved directly in the training network

TRAINING PROGRAM: Workshops (during 2018) Training school (summer 2018) Focused on advanced analytical methodologies, traceability and consumers’ issues related to the food integrity aspects, aimed at knowledge transfer to the community of professionals, associations, industry and other potential end-users

TRAINING PROGRAM: Development of TRAINING NETWORK „Vision“ - 2 step training approach („train the trainer“) Phase I: Future trainers will be trained To develop a training program for interested stakeholders To provide training to all interested stakeholders via various training tools Phase II: Trained trainers will organize targeted training either at organisation, national level for scientists, academia, researchers, control labs etc. (via hands on, one-to-one, training course, …) or for European industrial/ professional organisations

TRAINING NETWORK WHO CAN APPLY? WHEN TO APPLY? HOW TO APPLY? FoodIntegrity consortium members External participants (scientists and other stakeholders) To identify trainees for practical training, networks already established by all FoodIntegrity project partners and the stakeholders´ database will be used WHEN TO APPLY? Call for apllications will launch on 6 November and will last until 30 November 2017 HOW TO APPLY? Using the forms accessible from the FoodIntegrity website or other portals or distributed by email Register for project communication to be informed on the call!

TRAINING NETWORK SELECTION PROCEDURE: BUDGET FOR TRAINING: Application form to be completed to get appropriate information from potential trainees CV to be submitted Sustainability to be assured Trainees = trained trainers should be able to organize targeted training either at organisation / national level for scientists, academia, researchers, control labs etc., via hands on, one-to-one, training course, …, or for European industrial / professional organisations BUDGET FOR TRAINING: 55 000 € is allocated to cover travel costs for trainees 1-2 weeks, can be funded up to 1 000 € for trainees from Europe, 1 500 € for trainees outside of Europe 10 000 € is allocated to cover Young scientists mobility 1-3 months, can be funded up to 2 000 €/person
