PERSONAL HYGENE You should wash or shower every day to prevent body odour, use deodorant / antiperspirants Clean your teeth and use mouthwash to prevent smelly breath Ensure hands/nails are clean and well manicured Ensure feet smell fresh and correct footwear used, if required use foot deodorant Uniform should be clean & fresh, not smelling of body odour or cooking
