Simple past tense

When do we use it Simple past tense is used to express about a situation or an action occured or happened in the past time with certain time. Look at the examples: My friend got an accident last week. The man purchased a car last two weeks. I went to Semarang yesterday. I didn’t sell my pet to her last night.
