2degrees Accreditation Training 16 October 2017 Welcome to the 2degrees accreditation training. In this course we’ll be covering 4 modules Module 1: is a 2degrees Mobile Overview and covers some background information on 2degrees and why they are a fantastic choice as a mobile and mobile broadband service provider Module 2: covers the plans & offers available Module 3: looks at the Customer Activation Process which highlights what you and your customers need to be aware of during and after sign-up plus follow-up processes. Module 4: is a short accreditation quiz where you’ll need to answer 4 out of 5 questions correctly to successfully complete your accreditation Learning Objectives We’ve designed this training to prepare ACN IBOs to refer potential customers to 2degrees. On completion of this training you should have an understanding of these learning objectives: The opportunity for selling 2degrees products The 2degrees network including benefits and why they are a great provider for your customers How to apply for a 2degrees service including what your customers need to do to ensure you receive points and commissions The activation and escalation process, including when to contact 2degrees directly; and Key information about points and commissions for your 2degrees product sales
