Inspiration Before I got started I needed to gets some inspiration so I looked up online I found many value art but non of them spoke to me or gave me that inspiration. Until I saw this piece was when I decided I would do a Polynesian style art. So I started practicing it in class. It was not difficult to master it was very easy. It was just creating odd shapes and doing a few shading. Over time the small drawing I was doing were getting better and better. All I needed was an Idea for my final work and was set. I notice that value art likes to put layer after layer in its work, which gave me the idea. My art would focus on space and the unknown. It was perfect but the real challenge was creating it on a large piece of paper. By day by night it took up much of my time trying to finish. I started working on Friday and I was finished on Sunday. The art took forever to finish but it was all worth it now that I am finished with it and it looks spectacular. Better than I thought even.

For value I have created a Polynesian style value art called mysterious stars. My art focuses on the mystery of our universe and the things we don’t understand like space. Space is ridiculously large and because it is so large their are probably places in space we don’t understand. To demonstrate this I used unfamiliar shapes and odd lines to represent the lack of understanding space. The art not only talks about space but talks about people as well. How much do we understand a person. We don’t know, many people have infinite layers to their character we have not yet known.
