Presentation transcript:

 Ulysses, PA (Potter County) based Alternative fuel Distribution Company  Originally formed as Hoopes Transportation by Preston Hoopes, PA native  One of the very first companies to use LNG in transportation fleet logistics  First company in state of PA to transition diesel fleet to LNG  20 LNG Class 8 Trucks with millions of documented over the road LNG miles  Started Company in September 2012, first customer Nov 2012  Full service “Well to Wheel” LNG fuel provider  REV LNG supplies “Instant Infrastructure”  Experienced Proven Management

TRANSPORT IN YARD STORAGE & DISPENSER

LNG What is it? = Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)  Natural Gas (methane) cooled to -260 degrees Fahrenheit, 0 LBS Pressure  Once cooled it is stored at 1/623 original size, increases transportation range because of small storage requirements.  LNG is cost efficient to transport over medium and long distances  LNG is a clear, colorless, safe, and non toxic liquid  Used in the USA since late 1950’s, used in large scale deployment in other countries  Creates American Jobs and reduces imported foreign oil  Made with PA gas, by PA workers, and used by PA citizens  Safe, Abundant, Economical, Local and Environmentally Friendly

LNG is a Clean and Domestic Fuel Source  USA has largest reserves of natural gas on earth  Nearly 90% of US natural gas used is domestically produced  Can meet consumption levels for hundreds of years  Remains inexpensive due to new discoveries and horizontal shale drilling nationwide and locally in the Marcellus  LNG is environmentally friendly fuel, cleanest of all fossil fuels  60%-90% less smog- producing pollutants  By replacing a single 18 wheeler fueled by diesel to one that is fueled by LNG is the carbon footprint reduction of removing 324 automobiles

Diesel Concerns  Dependent on imported foreign oil  Price fluctuation and supply variability  Environmentally unfriendly in both air emissions, spills and pooling - High Co2, No2, SOx emissions  Refinery capacity limitations in USA will hold price high  Imported Oil does not grow jobs locally in Pennsylvania LNG Advantage  Low Price and Low Price Volatility - 40% discount to Diesel - Every $1 move in Natural Gas commodity is $.14 in LNG at Pump,  LNG is produced from Natural Gas in Pennsylvania  USA largest Natural Gas Reserves in World, enough supply for centuries  Environmentally Clean, odorless, non toxic, and non corrosive liquid  Safe storage, safe transport. - Non toxic, - No spill concerns LNG dissipates -High and narrow ignition temperature

PROBLEM=  No Infrastructure, chicken or egg paradox re: LNG infrastructure  Peak Shaver Utility is only producer of LNG  13 Peak Shavers in USA that Merchant Sales LNG  FERC rules and regulations  Not a Dependable Supply  Not enough infrastructure to be close to clients/end users  LNG must be trucked by 40ft tankers very long distances  Transportation Cost is a big issue  If LNG sells at pump for $2.75 up to $.75 could be Transpiration costs associated with it SOLUTION=  REV LNG Distribution Company - We source and produce LNG - We transport LNG - We dispense it in private fuel islands located in customers yard saving time, money, and increasing efficiency “INSTANT INFASTRUCTURE” -REV LNG own all the equipment All for simple Price Per Gallon to customer  SMALL SCALE Liquefaction  Hub and Spoke Distribution Model - Guarantees Supply and price stability - Decreases customers price and increases margin and decreases transportation costs. Service availability in greater range

 Customer is PA truck fleet owner  Customer’s Fleet won contract bc Municipality demanded fleets use an alternative fuel vehicle  REV LNG enabled PA Fleet to win contract bc we supplied “Instant Infrastructure”!  REV LNG model of mobile/semi permanent fuel solution to allows customer to win contracts fast and flexible to change and grow  “Instant Infrastructure” is immediate Solution to lack of infrastructure that exists  Can adapt and change lanes as contracts change bc mobile

REV LNG on Site Liquefaction  “Instant Infrastructure”  Produces 15,000 LNG gallons per day  Uses Liquid Nitrogen to Produce LNG  No toxic emissions  Mobile trailer mounted system, quick install and permit process  Locate in Hub Spoke model  1 box could supply multiple clients  Brings LNG to the masses  Decreases transportation costs and increases dedicated supply for clients  Runs off pipeline quality gas  Enables REV LNG a reliable, low cost, mobile, LNG fuel supply  Enables REV LNG to win more customers with dependable fuel supply and better margins

 Anywhere Diesel is used LNG can be used  The BIG 3 = Trucks, Marine, Heavy Horsepower  PA Big 3 Trucks, (Highways) Marine, (Tugs) + Heavy Horsepower (Drill Rigs, Industrial)  5,000,000 + Heavy Class 8 (18 Wheelers) trucks in USA  Trucks burn more than 25 + Billion gallons of Diesel  More than $100,000,000,000 annually spent on Diesel  LNG is Priced VS. $4.20  LNG reduces FUEL costs by 40% on average  Environmentally friendlier, made with Safe, Abundant, local and reliable fuel source in natural gas

REV LNG can reduce your fleet’s fuel bill by at least 40% over traditional diesel  REV LNG will design and implement a customized turnkey LNG fueling system for your fleet  REV LNG will place a mobile refueler in YOUR FLEET’s YARD which will save your company time and money of a private fueling point  You simply pay a per gallon fee for the LNG  Price is more economical that nationwide retail outlets or fuel stations  $4.20 Diesel vs $2.75 LNG (diesel gallon equivalent) Why Pay More?  Environmentally favorable and superior air emissions.
