ECDS Champions Scheme Champions will be responsible for supporting up to 20 EDs in their region: This will include: • A site visit • Assess site progress • Helping medical, nursing and clerical staff ensure a smooth implementation. • Working with clinicians and other ECDS Regional Champions to solve practical problems and share best practice. • Presence at go-live. • ECDS Regional Champions will receive training and support for their role. The ECDS part of the 2017-19 CQUIN Intro Incentivisation for the ECDS is provided by the 2017/2019 CQUIN scheme (see target 8a). CQUIN Part 1 (Q1 17/18) (demonstrable & credible plans) Plans should be submitted by the end of June (next week) Have any trusts shared their plans? The CQUIN guidance document contains a model plan template
