Does god exist? and if he does exist, how can we know?

This week we will start the amazing journey of getting to know who God is and discovering proof for His existence all around us. God is mysterious and far beyond our understanding but because of His great love for us, He choose to reveal Himself to humanity. God does this throughout all of human history, in the Scriptures, in the Tradition of our Church and most fully in Jesus Christ. God is real. God does exist. We were created by God and for God and in Him we will and the true happiness we all desire.

We pray our school prayer together: Dear Father in heaven, Thank you for the gift of life you have given us. Thank you for the people you have made us to be. Help us to live our lives to the full. Open our hearts to receive your love so that we, in return, can show love and respect to everyone in our school community, our families and our friends. Send us your Holy Spirit so we can achieve excellence in our learning and do our personal best in all areas of school life. May we always live, love and learn through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
