Recruitment Engagement Training Meetings Reports Membership and Engagement Quarterly Report Summer 2017 Increased Social Media activity, including the launch of the membership animation. Monthly bulletin sent to all members who have provided an email address. Pennine Post Issue 33. Recruitment Engagement 26 54 5 unspecified Designed and delivered Governor Welcome and Induction Events. Arranged and attended meetings with PALS and Involvement to strengthen links. Attended several corporate welcomes to promote the Staff Governor role and the role of membership. Strengthened links with the Health and Wellbeing College. Gave presentations at various team meetings and 3rd party organisations to promote Governor representation for people with Learning Disabilities. Started to develop a joint display board with Communications and Involvement. Improved relationships with CCG. Attended several events to engage with existing members and recruit new members. Presentation at Oldham Staff sessions. Trafford CCG Consultations. 1-1 Meetings with Trafford members. Working Age Events Training Hayley has completed the launch element of the Edward Jenner Programme regarding leadership within the NHS. Lisa and Donna have completed all mandatory training. Meetings Office The team have now moved offices to accommodate the stock from the storage unit. This will save money and the office is a more suitable space for the team. To host the Big Conversation event in Stockport on World Mental Health Day. To host taster sessions for the members of Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale to learn more about our services. To continue to build relationships within CBUs/DBUs and Trafford. To develop close working relationships with the new Managing Directors.
