305-339 S. Orange Grove Blvd. Built in 1958 Historical Name: The Orange Grove Garden apartment complex in the Modern Ranch style Architect: J.G. Resh Nomination submitted by current owners Alterations: glass enclosures of balconies, replacement aluminum windows, brown composition shingle roof, tiles at first floor landings On November 17, 2016, the Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the apartment complex at 305-339 S. Orange Grove Boulevard and forwarded a recommendation of approval to City Council.

Contributing Features Character-defining features: Multiple sprawling L-shaped buildings arranged around landscaped courtyards Low-pitched hip roof w/ vented gables, boxed eaves Wood board-&-batten panels, projecting wood grids, rock veneer accents Recessed porches, wide rock veneer chimneys Rectilinear pathways, rock veneer planters, perforated block walls Ornamental iron work porch posts and gates Asymmetric projecting roof at pool area Ornamental entry door escutcheons, hanging lighting
