Standard Ensure that all VIP/SP are welcomed cordially while they check-in by ensuring the following: Eye contact, smile and correct posture maintained. Greet guests by using their name (whenever possible). Communicate a warm, professional and courteous image to guest.

Procedures Inspect V.I.P. reservations every hour and notify the Duty Manager if there is any changes or updates. Inform front desk staff and the Duty Manager to contact you upon VIP/SP check in. Inform Housekeeping about the VIP/SP arrival.

Procedures Continued… Warmly welcome and escort the VIP/SP by following step: Introduce yourself and complete the registration. Inform the Concierge about the room number to keep the luggage to the room. Personally escort the guest to room identifying the facilities and hours of operation. Make sure that guest is satisfied before departure. Ask guest to contact yourself directly if assistance is required during stay with business card presented.
