Observations Department inventories are not kept current Lots of old hardware not being e-wasted Faculty have resorted to bringing in personally owned technology as they wait for updated computers and printers Many computer carts are underutilized and not being kept up Few personal Wi-Fi Access points
Moving Forward Consultations on purchases will continue as needed CELTT will advise departments on techniques for better inventory management E-waste process needs to be revisited, documented and marketed better to campus Apple support process is a workload issue and needs to be addressed
