Before class meets: CEO—review financial and operational performance to identify issues CFO—review financial performance, identify financial issues; then, identify which operational issues need to change to improve financial performance VP Marketing—review company and competitor performance, identify M&S issues, & decide how to address the issues VP Production—review operational issues, consider how to address them, and update long-term assessment of capacity.
