Scene 1: Show EV cars charging in a city Show a car driving through a city (car can be green, city can be a variety of colors (example) Show the chart of market growth (overlapping the EV car driving) see next slide for chart Show the car parking next to other vehicles (5 to 10 vehicles all plugged into EV chargers) The car pulls up into a parking lot and next to it is an EV charger (sample EV chargers) Show the cars all charging (example) Script: As the demand for smarter and cleaner technology is growing, the adoption of Electric Vehicles is quickly accelerating With more and more electric vehicles are on the road, EV drivers will be charging at home, at work or on the go. Which will require utilities, cities and building owners to effectively manage and operate their EV charging stations. EV charging station

The market growth chart to be included in scene one Like the video clip below There will be 530 million electric vehicles on the road by 2040 https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-8513167-stock-footage--k-three-dimensional-growing-business-bar-chart-animation-light-blue-color.html?src=rel/12394475:2/3p

Scene 2a: Greenlots offering Greenlots offers smart EV charging solutions that enables utilities, smart cities, and site hosts to effectively manage their EV charging fleets We provide the necessary hardware, software and support to install and run your own local network. Hardware Software Support

Scene 2b: Show the Greenlots Network Management System Go back to showing the cars all charging in a parking lot and then a communication signal coming from ev charging stations Show charging stations in different colors (to show that we can work with any EV charging station) Next show a control room or control center with computer screens See next slide for visuals on screen We give our customers the option to pick and chose their EV charging stations And our Sky Network Management platform allows a single view of the entire network in real time.

Scene 3– can you zoom up into 3 different screens? Show EV charging stations on a fake map Show one charger flashing red (to show you can see instantly if there is a fault or something wrong with the EV charger Screen 1: Get real time information on your EV charging stations Screen 2: Our remote diagnostics allows you to easily identify faulty chargers Screen 3: View hourly, daily, yearly energy usage from your EV chargers Screen 2: Screen 1: Screen 3:

Scene 5: zoom in on this one screen and then show the operating typing or pressing a button During periods of peak power demand, our software can automatically curtail charging to reduce power usage Can you animate the chart

Scene 6 – show the charging slowing down Show the yellow lines that are charging the car to be slowing down (but not come to a stop) Not a manual process automatically Slow the charging the charging rate … actively managing the charge rate!

Scene 7: Go back to the first scene of EV cars charging and add a solar pv panel and energy storage system Plop a roof over the row of EV vehicles charging and show the sun light beating down on the roof (the roof is the solar pv panel Then plop down a battery next to the EV charger Or pull power from grid resources such as solar, wind or energy storage Energy storage

Scene 8: EV Drivers and the Greenlots APP Show a person leaving their house in their EV car Show that person looking for an EV charger on their smart phone (see image 1) And then stopping at a store and plugging into an is an EV charger Then as they are shopping they check their phone to see the progress of their charging (see image 2) The person then is able to use their smart phone to pay (see image 3) Images are on next slide Our mobile app allows EV drivers to charge on the go

Image 1: locate charging station Easily locate a charging station Check your charging progress Use any credit card to pay from your phone Image 2: show progress Image 1: locate charging station Image 3: Payment using credit card

Scene 9: summary of Greenlots Show a diagram and have each bubble pop up one at a time 4 3 2 Demand response Building load renewables 5 1 Greenlots provides smart charging solutions, connecting utilities, site hosts and EV drivers into a highly integrated e-mobility infrastructure Energy storage Electric Vehicles
