Current situation and The Inclusive Land Administration Component of THE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT PROJECT Inclusive land administration Target groups – persons with disabilities, women Institutional and legal frameworks are established to provide equal possibilities to access and use state administration services for all citizens. However, situation in reality is not so simply and very often we are facing persons or groups that are not able to approach necessary service due to lack of information or even due to physical and other kind of barriers The Real Estate Management Project supported by the World Bank. The aim of the Project is to improve the efficiency, transparency, availability and reliability of the system for managing real estate in the Republic of Serbia Specific measures aiming to promote inclusion through the project: support for mobile registration services establishment; renovation of local registration offices in order to provide wheelchair access; communications strategies that increase information on real estate management for vulnerable groups; public and media campaign to raise awareness of vulnerable groups; capacity building for RGA and local registration office staff on serving vulnerable customers

Accessibility to RGA premises On the basis of collected data the local registration offices will be chosen for renovation and building of physical access for persons with disabilities. For this purpose additional data are collected, such as: ownership of the local office building, access office floor and number of persons with disabilities per municipality 68 of 174 local offices have access ramps
