Lanes 1 to 3, PFGE patterns for isolates D313, D338, and D387 (pulsotype P3), respectively. Lanes 5 to 12, PFGE patterns for isolates D348, D356, D381, and D419 (P14), D358 (P15), D429 (P24), D435 (P26), and D467 (P27), respectively.
