Livewire Login Page The helpdesk number will be displayed here for any assistance with the tool. If you forget your password you can use the ‘retrieve your password’ link. If you are booking or approving a trip for someone else and they are located in a different community than yourself remember to tick this box before logging in. This is the login page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.

Home Page From the Home Page there are two areas which will allow you to update your own profile. The bottom left of the screen Modify your travel Profile Or The Profile Tab

My User Profile

Profile Tab There a different areas within your Profile. These are shown on the each of the headings. Personal information relates to all you contact information, and Passport Information. All Mandatory fields will be marked with an asterix. If you save your profile with any of this information missing you will receive an error.

Profile Tips Within the Preferences Page you will be able to store this information, and this will be transferred through to your Booking.

Profile To amend your password use login info area. Enter your existing password as ‘old password’ then new password and verify. More details area contains any of your company reference fields which are specific to each traveller. Always save the profile after any changes are made.
