Biggest challenge and solution in BR if any It is the things we do get that we did not want and never expected. Slow process of constructing guardhouse and patrol boat- ALWAYS HAVE a Plan B!!! 2. Revert back to fishing inside the MPA by 1 Bantay-dagat BE CONSISTENT… “people change” 3. Barangay Captain not cooperating “ CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”

Biggest challenge and solution in SM How to find the right artist and come up with a very good campaign materials? Find the best man for the job Do research on their previous jobs Personal communication
