Committee Members Eligibility and Participation DSMC Member Eligibility Previous Must be employed in the TCED or within Stone and Taney Counties There is no limit to the number of committees a business may join To maintain member status, your business must not miss more than six meetings Current Must be employed in the TCED or within Stone and Taney Counties Appointees may serve on only one committee at a time If a member misses two consecutive meetings, they are automatically dropped from the committee. Committee Members Eligibility and Participation Previous Participation is open to all interested in volunteering Each member is allowed one vote All committee members receive meeting announcements, minutes and other communications from the director or sales manager assigned to the committee Current Committees are open to the public Time is allotted at the beginning and end of each meeting for public comment. Non-Committee members are to withdraw from comments throughout the meeting as well as abstain from votes and motions Minutes are taken at each quarterly meeting.
