ABSTRACT This is a FIVE story buildings project. we are complete this project in the following ways such as Planning, Network analysing and 3-D modeling. The project durations are determined by CPM by using MS-PROJECT software.CPM is a technique for analysed projects by determining the longest sequence of tasks through a project network. The overall view of our building is presented in 3- D Modelling using Revit Architecture software.

OBJECTIVES Optimum usage of time. By following this method we can achieve the project within the project duration. The earliest starting time (EST) and latest finishing time (LFT) are calculated. Critical paths are identified. Reduce the time compare to manual or other method.

BENEFITS: Improve speed and service Spread your risks Increase customer satisfaction Updating a module is fast and easy. Teamwork files can also be hot linked to each other. This way, the size of the Teamwork project files and the regeneration time of the 3D models and the documentation can be reduced significantly.

LITERATURE REVIEW TITLE: Calculating the Project Network Critical Path in Uncertainty Conditions AUTHOR:FUZZY(2004) Correct scheduling of the project is the necessary condition for the project success. In traditional models, the activities duration times are deterministic and known. In real world however, accurate calculation of time for performing each activity is not possible and is always faced with uncertainty. in this paper, the duration of each activity is estimated by the experts as linguistic variables and the said variables are represented in fuzzy numbers form using the fuzzy theory. .

NETWORK ANALYSIS

Introduction Network analysis is the general name given to certain specific techniques which can be used for the planning, management and control of projects. CPM - Critical Path Method: In CPM activities are shown as a network of precedence relationships using activity-on-node network construction. Single estimate of activity time Deterministic activity times

CONCLUSION: Planning is done by considering the “ Tamilnadu Building Municipality Rules 1972” of Multistory building .The Planning is Planned as five story R.C.C framed structure. The 3D Modeling of Multistory building is performed using Revit Archicad 2013 ‘software considering. The network analysis is analysed by CPM using ms project considering the detailed estimates and out turn of work. This is likely to be more advantageous for our future generation.
