Presentation transcript:

Industrialism is... It’s the development of an economy in which machines produce many of the products people use.

Genetic Engineering The blue strawberry is genetically engineered to with stand cold temperatures with out dying. Genetic engineering food too last trough harsh whether conditions is also apart of inustrialism.

The picture to the right is that of a nuclear power plant The picture to the right is that of a nuclear power plant. Society needs more power plants to support the need for energy. Although, the power plants pollute the air and water with their fumes.

Cloning The picture below is of two cloned sheep. Cloning, such as cloning farm animals is another part of industrialism for example the more animals you have in the farm the more milk you can produce and ship to markets for people to buy.

Another defect of industrialization is the formation of large wells for factories sometimes dries up and collapse and forms sinkholes which can reduce the amount of ground water which is not good in dry climates.

Solutions to Pollution with Industrialism The picture below is of solar panels. One way you can improve environment with industrialism is to use solar energy instead of the huge power plants.

One more way we can improve the environment is if we can REDUCE our need for excess energy. We can also REUSE manufactured products, and lastly we can RECYCLE plastic products, newspapers, etc.

All types of industrialism comes from one source… MAN
