Final Planning Conference Deliverables UNCLASSIFIED Training: CONOP complete. COA # 2 approved. C-IED: Training area surveyed. Logistics: Requirements info collected. Awaiting RFIs . Gathering host nation costs Communications: All required data collected. Comm Plan developed. Medical: All required data collected. Development of MEDEVAC smart pack underway. Airborne Operations: Drop Zone (DZ) assessment complete. Pending approval. July ETA CAS: Training Plan: RFIs pending. HQ: Final cost “split” assessment between Tunisia and the US Complete. FPE Minutes Summary Training/Operations: Logistics: UNCLASSIFIED FPE Minutes Summary Training/Operations: COA #2 Approved. TAF squad live fire in rotations. US Forces will be Observer Controllers during night live fire. Incorporation of snipers into live fire CONOP briefing will be delivered to TAF NLT 15 July. C-IED operations: Assessed Tunisian requirement for CIED training. Verified training area IOT conduct CIED training. Training package will include dry/blank fire lane training and use CIED devices in live fire training. US will provide an unclassified threat brief to all participant’s regarding the current IED threat, enemy Techniques tactics and Procedures (TTPs), methods of employment, and types of devices being used. COMM: GFS to provide frequencies and aircraft communication capabilities in order to allow U.S. Forces to communicate with GFS during CAS/Jump GFS Signals Officer to assist in validating the mobile phone and data coverage for the training site GFS will provide at least four (4) radio operators to work with 4th ANGLICO and 101st Airborne.  CAS: US will provide TAF CAS training plan NLT 1 July US will provide TAF the dates of rotary wing CAS support NLT I July TAF to provide types of weapon system on the OH-58 Logistics: TAF to provide transportation for movement of US personnel and equipment in support of the exercise, including MHE. US will fund costs. TAF will provide US Force exercise tents, cots, tables and chairs and ice machine. US will fund costs. TAF will provide power generators, flood lighting. US will fund costs. TAF will provide portable latrines, wire and trash pick-up at the training sites. US will fund costs. US will fund all food costs associated with TAF exercise participants: Need to know asap If MREs desired All TAF sourced logistical items paid for by US, will be reimbursed using the US-TUN Acquisition Cross Service Agreement (ACSA). ACSAs will be signed during July assessment, and reconciled at completion of exercise. US requires an official invoice from the Government of Tunisia for payment.   Airborne Operations: DZ assessment completed on 7 June 2017. Survey team will begin post-production. ETA for full approval of DZ survey is 2-3 weeks. Two obstacles of importance were noted. Refer to finalized DZ survey for any questions. Air worthiness assessment on the aircraft will be conducted between 10-15 July 2017. HQ: US agrees for Saudi Arabia observers to attend exercise. US will provide exact dates to observation  

FPE Minutes Summary Medical: UNCLASSIFIED FPE Minutes Summary Medical: U.S. will provide organic Sick call and Role 1 capability located at the Cap Serret TAF will provide ground ambulance support at all sites that Carthage exercise areas. During live fire exercises a level A ambulance staffed with medical personnel and equipment to provide resuscitative care, will be present. TAF will provide air casualty evacuation support, on standby and prepared to launch aircraft within 5 minutes during live fire exercises. TAF will coordinate or provide a security (police) escort at all sites with ground ambulance service TAF agrees to allow U.S. forces to dispose of biohazard medical Bizerte and Tunis military hospitals. US forces may bring narcotics for the exercise. A final medical supply (Class VIII) list will be provided by the U.S. Medical Planner/Surgeon prior to execution. U.S. personnel will hand carry or deliver blood products and medical narcotics to Tunisia in support of Carthage 17 exercise personnel. TAF to facilitate blood products and narcotics and assist expediting these items through customs. TAF to support gaining access to Bizerte military hospital in order to assess feasibility of storing blood products. All forces participating in this exercise will be covered for medical care provided by military medical providers at no cost to the foreign partner’s country under the auspices of these minutes. All costs associated with CASEVAC will be paid by U.S. UNCLASSIFIED
