In general Hungary has only 8 cities with a population higher than 100.000 , these are considered „big cities” In the cities there are more jobs to find There are lots of shops, so you can always find what you want There is good night life (clubs, pubs) You can do a lot of activities Universities are mostly located in the bigger cities

Budapest Budapest is the capital of Hungary, it’s the most populated city in the country aswell Around 1.8 million people live here The most advanced and modern city in Hungary Good salary, but the price tags are really huge Traffic jams and air pollution are everyday problems here

Debrecen Debrecen is the second biggest and most populated city, with its population of 200.000 citizens It is called the „University city”, because the University of Debrecen is the biggest university in Hungary There are a lot of foreign students in the university

Nyíregyháza Nyíregyháza is not the 3rd, but the 7th on the list of most populated cities in Hungary The city offers a lot of tourist sights and attractions, such as the Museum village, the Aquapark or the very famous Zoo One of the few Lego factories is located here, providing work to thousands of people and legos to millions It has improved a lot in the last few years, that’s why it won the title „The city of the year” in 2016
