Key Dates 26 April 2011 - closing date for ticket sales 6 May 2011 – Consultation closes 28 July 2011 - one year to go 27 July 2012 - Olympic Games Opening Ceremony 28 July – 12 August - Olympic Games Events 29 August – 9 September - Paralympic Games

Overview ODA is responsible for spectator transport Southeastern’s franchise agreement requires Highspeed to be used for Javelin and meet increased Olympic demand Several events on our network The timetable is still subject to final approval from the DfT and ODA Consultation is around the timetable only – all other issues resolved at later date

Javelin 8 trains an hour between 07:00 and 23:00 from 27 July to 12 August 5 trains per hour between St Pancras and Ebbsfleet 2 trains per hour between St Pancras and Ashford 1 train per hour between St Pancras and Faversham 12 trains per hour during “Bump Out” – 23:00 to 01:00 Overnight shuttle between St Pancras and Stratford – 02:00 to 05:30

Metro – Monday to Friday

Metro – Saturday & Sunday Normal Saturday service, with strengthened trains and “Bump Out” Sunday Run an amended Saturday service, with strengthened trains and “Bump Out” Cannon Street station will remain open Early morning services on all routes to allow earlier arrival into London No Charing Cross to Hayes, Grove Park to Bromley North and Victoria to Gillingham

Mainline Monday to Friday Saturday – normal service with enhancements Strengthen trains where required (and if possible) and reduce splitting and joining of trains during the day (between morning and evening peak periods) Saturday – normal service with enhancements Charing Cross to Canterbury West services extended to Ramsgate Charing Cross to Ramsgate/Ashford extended to Dover to cover loss of High Speed Sunday Operating an amended Saturday service with the following exceptions Early morning services on all routes to allow earlier arrival into London No Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone West to Strood Victoria to Ramsgate/Dover semi-fast services will terminate at Canterbury East

Paralympics Details for the Paralympics still being finalised but will be based on normal timetable with following changes: enhancements to Highspeed services “Bump Out” services
