Figure 1 Schematic for Generating Motor Neurons from Human Pluripotent Stem Cells on PDMS-Based Micropost Arrays hPSCs were seeded and maintained on vitronectin-coated soft micropost arrays before being transferred onto FN/LM-coated glass to facilitate induction and maturation of MNs.
