CHANNEL DISTRICT ACTION TEAM May 3, 2005 City Council Update

STOCKTON EVENTS CENTER Significant progress has been made on all segments of the Events Center: Off-Site Improvements Arena Baseball Stadium

OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS Fremont Street ( photo taken April 4) Widening has now been completed. The parking structure (on left) is on schedule for opening In the fall

OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS North of Fremont Parking lot on April 4. Lot was completed by end of April and now provides 187 parking spaces

OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS Parking lot north of the Baseball Stadium on April 13th and April 20th. The lot is now complete and provides 180 parking spaces

ARENA The Arena has gone from approximately 40% complete in February to approximately 50% complete in April. Progress has included: Erection of roof structural steel Installation of HVAC units Installation of risers
