European Festivals Association Declaration on Intercultural Dialogue 2008 European Year of Intercultural Dialogue Arts Festivals’ Declaration is a charta launched and promoted by EFA

European Festivals Association Declaration on Intercultural Dialogue Declaration launched on 8 January 2008 in Ljubljana 25 festivals and officials from 17 European countries signed the Arts Festivals’ Declaration and committed to its objectives and obligations
